History, Art & Culture
Abruzzo, besides being the “green lung of Europe,” is also rich in history.
The city of L’Aquila, with its churches and monuments, the sixteenth-century Spanish fortress and the extraordinary artifacts housed in its museums, is an attraction that absolutely deserves to be visited.
The province surrounding the city is famous for its density of small villages, castles overlooking wonderful valleys, and archaeological sites that take us back to the time of the ancient Romans.
What are you waiting for? It’s time to fully experience your stay in Abruzzo.
