We have a large outdoor parking lot and a spacious indoor garage for cars, motorcycles, and bikes, equipped with charging stations and rental for e-bikes.

The hotel, the main facility in the mountain territory of the L’Aquila side of Gran Sasso, is a modern building spread over four floors, with typical mountain hotel features.
In addition to the 33 rooms (70 beds), some equipped with a panoramic terrace, the facility offers a typical restaurant serving dishes made with the best local products, a bar where you can meet for an aperitif, a lounge with a wood-burning fireplace for a drink before or after dinner, a children’s area (unsupervised) where the little ones can play freely, and e-bike rental with charging.

We also have a large multipurpose room where it is possible to organize business meetings, seminars, or private events, which can also be combined with overnight stays.

With the support of our partners, it is possible to organize guided tours of the area (Rocca Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, L’Aquila, the many churches and archaeological remains), day and night snowshoeing, trekking itineraries with medium and high mountain alpine guides, orienteering, assisted-pedal fat-bike tours, and cross-country skiing.

Do you like to stay in shape? A few steps from the facility, a fitness area accessible to everyone has been installed; after a nice trek or to start the day well, you can independently do stretching exercises and more. Our staff is available to provide you with all the information.
